	Your premium will depend on the amount of coverage you select and which Plan you have. Accident benefits are available from $25,000 to $300,000 in $25,000 units. Family rates are the same regardless of family make-up. For example, the benefits for a member, spouse and two children under the $150,000 Family Plan are: Member/Registrant: $150,000 Spouse: $60,000 Each Child: $7,500 Rates do not increase with age*.
